How Nimble Works for Repair Customers

  1. Please fill out the Repair Request form for any household goods you would like repaired
  2. We will try to find a match within our growing network of local repair artists
  3. If we find a match, we will let you know the quote and timeline and you can choose if you would like to proceed with the repair
  4. We will even pick up and drop off your item(s) to be repaired for you!

How Nimble Works for Repair Artists

  1. Fill out this form to be added to our Repair Artists database, including kinds of items you can repair and other preferences
  2. People who need items repaired fill out a different form to request repairs
  3. Whenever Nimble identifies a potential match, we’ll let you know about the repair opportunity and you can decide if you would like to give a quote and a timeline (this can include needing to see the item to make a final determination with an assessment charge)
  4. If the item's owner chooses to proceed with the repair, we will collect payment and deliver the item to you
  5. Upon completion of the repair, we will pick up the item and transfer the payment to you (depending on the payment method you choose, there may be a processing fee)
